The equipment is intended to produce clean steam, using a high temperature technological fluid (saturated steam, superheated water, diathermic fluid, etc.) that exchanges energy within the exchanger by means of a suitable tube nest. The heat exchanger (unfired steam generator) is made entirely of stainless steel class 316L normally used in food industry and hospital applications due to its technological features. All control, management and safety accessories are made of 316L stainless steel to guarantee maximum cleaning of the steam production process. Clean steam generators are designed and manufactured according to the Pressure Equipment European Directive (2014/68/UE). The generator structure is calculated in accordance with the maximum temperature of the primary fluid, eliminating all the risks of overheating. This, combined with the high-quality and properly sized safety instrumentation, makes this product extremely safe.
